Toyota wins J.D. Power German CSI for fourth consecutive time

Toyota has achieved the premier position in overall customer satisfaction for the fourth consecutive time, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2005 Germany Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Study.

Toyota models top five out of seven segment categories

Toyota has scored 856 points on a 1000-point scale, performing particularly well in the areas of quality and reliability, service satisfaction and ownership costs.

In addition, Toyota models ranked number one in five out of seven segments. Toyota Yaris Verso was the best in the "Small Car" segment, with Yaris Hatchback in the second position. Toyota Corolla was the best in the "Lower Medium" segment, as Avensis topped the "Upper Medium" segment.

Toyota also prevailed in the MPV and SUV segments with Toyota Corolla Verso and Toyota RAV4, respectively. In addition, Toyota Avensis Verso was also second among MPVs.
