Auris Hybrid Synergy Drive

Making its world premiere at this year’s Geneva motor show,  Auris HSD marks the deployment of full hybrid across Toyota’s entire European model range by the end of the decade. Featuring Hybrid Synergy Drive and six Toyota Optimal Drive powertrains, the Auris 2010 model range offers a unique choice of clean engine technologies at the heart of the C segment.
Auris 2010 combines dynamic new styling with improved interior quality, ergonomics and visual appeal. The suspension and steering have been revised for improved comfort and a rewarding driving experience. A new grade strategy incorporates enhanced standard equipment specifications.

RAV4 2010

Seen for the first time in Europe at the show, RAV4 2010 features a new, more sophisticated front design that combines stylish aesthetics with enhanced aerodynamics. The interior has also been improved by the availability of new leather/Alcantara® upholstery.
The entire RAV4 2010 engine line-up now benefits from Toyota Optimal Drive, making it one of the cleanest powertrain ranges in the compact SUV segment, with class-leading emissions and fuel consumption. And customer appeal has been broadened through an expanded 2WD and 4WD range.

FT-EV II and FCHV-adv concepts and Prius Plug-in Hybrid

With 2.2 million hybrid vehicles already sold worldwide, Toyota has an unassailable lead in the drive towards sustainable mobility.
Three generations of the multiple award-winning Prius have seen significant improvements to Toyota’s full hybrid drivertain, Hybrid Synergy Drive, which will serve as a core technology applicable to all future models. The system has been specifically designed to be ‘future proof’ and is readily adaptable to use in Plug-in Hybrid vehicles (PHV), Electric vehicles (EV) and Fuel Cell Hybrid vehicles (FCHV).
Toyota’s all-electric FT-EV II concept and the Prius Plug-in Hybrid production model make their European premieres at this year’s Geneva show, as well as the company’s latest fuel cell hybrid concept, the FCHV-adv.

iQ Collection

Marking the start of an ongoing programme and previewed at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show, the new iQ Collection satisfies customer demand for wider scope in the personalisation of their cars through a choice of two new customised interiors. A new exterior colour, bronze Mica, is also available. And interior ergonomic and quality enhancements have been made across the iQ model range.

FT-86 Sports Concept

Toyota has a long and successful history of creating exciting sports cars such as the Celica, MR2 and Supra. Sharing its front engine, rear-wheel drive format, the Future Toyota-86 Sports Concept pays homage to the Corolla Levin AE86.
Dedicated to the realisation of simple, dynamic power with environmental responsibility, the FT-86 concept is an entirely driver-focused sports concept. With highly aerodynamic styling, a low centre of gravity and an ergonomically ideal, driver-oriented cockpit, the sports concept has been made as compact and lightweight as possible to maximise its performance, agility and driving pleasure.
