They combine seamlessly to deliver extra performance and outstanding fuel efficiency. It's also ultra smooth and extremely quiet when driving in electric mode. And here's the really clever bit. This technology can actually recycle energy. How? Well, when you drive you create energy. Like, braking, for example. With most cars that energy is completely wasted. But with the Auris HSD, it's able to capture the energy and use it again to power the electric motor.What is HSD?
