Stop & Start For greater fuel efficiency and less harmful emissions, the Stop & Start system* shuts off the engine when your vehicle is stationery and in neutral, e.g. at a red light. It automatically restarts when you depress the clutch to resume the journey.

1.4 litre D-4D The refined 1.4 litre D-4D diesel engine features advanced common rail technology to boost performance; fuel consumption and CO<span class="sub">2</span> levels are minimised (125 g/km on the combined cycle for the 1.4 D-4D 6-speed manual transmission option).
2.0 litre D-4D The 2.0 litre D-4D diesel engine delivers excellent performance (maximum 126 DIN hp and 310 Nm at 1800–2400 rpm) whilst reducing emissions to just 136 g/km on the combined cycle. It's all part of Toyota's powerful yet environment-friendly common rail diesel technology.
Safety Vehicle Stability Control and Traction Control More control for more peace of mind: In wet conditions or when taking a corner too fast, Vehicle Stability Control (VSC)* acts to help reduce side slippage of tyres.
