Authority Portal for Toyota Proace Certified Software Information

The Toyota Proace Certified Software Portal (RAIA) is Toyota Motor Europe’s official platform for accessing certified regulatory software information exclusively for Toyota Proace vehicles. It is dedicated to Type Approval Authorities, Technical Services and Periodical Technical Inspectors.

For the Proace lineup, all certified software information, back-end data and platform where the data can be consulted are maintained by Stellantis. Toyota Motor Europe has a dedicated Toyota entry point.

The Toyota RAIA application accepts only Toyota Proace VINs and returns certified software details that have been officially approved under the UN-R 156 regulation.

Convert the .CSV to .XLSX

When viewing the certified software information in the portal, you can download the data using the “Export Excel” button (bottom‑right of the screen). The export will be generated as a .csv file.

Below is a simple guide on how to convert the downloaded .csv file into a clear, ready‑to‑read Excel table.

    1. Open Excel.
    2. Go to the Data tab.
    3. Click From Text/CSV. Select your .csv file and click Import.
    4. Review the preview window:
      - Choose the correct File Origin.
      - Select the correct Delimiter (in this case semicolon).
    5. Make sure the columns look correct in the preview.
    6. Click Load (or Load To… if you want to choose where to place the data).
    7. Save the file as Excel Workbook (.xlsx) to keep the updated formatting.
