Toyota Connected Europe (TCEU) is changing the way people experience mobility. Leveraging the power of data, we create value by delivering inclusive, sustainable, and safety-focused technology solutions with a positive impact on society. We might be a young business but we are proud of how quickly we have developed an inclusive culture that adapts rapidly, nurtures talent and works hard to make everyone feel valued. Located in the technology heart of London

Toyota Connected Europe is based in London, the technology hub of Europe. This gives us access to great talent, as the area has a high concentration of data scientists, engineers and software developers. With an initial investment in 2018 of GBP 4.5 million and three  employees, TCEU has grown to revenues of GBP 36.5 million with a team of about 250 people. We have a uniquely multi-disciplinary team that blends Toyota OEM experience with in-depth software and data engineering expertise.   

Innovative products and services

TCEU manages the Connected Car Data pipelines in Europe. This gives a unique proximity to and expertise of the connected vehicle data ecosystem. We develop products like the MyT and Lexus Link companion apps. These give the customer an outstanding seamless transition from home to vehicle and back again, to enhance their mobility experience. We also offer services and consultancy on UX design (user experience), connected vehicle data management and insights dashboards, app development and much more!

    As a strategic partner of the Toyota Motor Europe and its distribution network, our products, services and insights also make a valuable contribution to the broader Toyota eco-system. Our business relationships with other Toyota group companies in Europe like Toyota GAZOO Racing, KINTO, and Toyota Insurance services deliver value from connected technology for consumers, businesses, governments, and other stakeholders. Beyond regional borders, we collaborate globally on several fronts with TCNA, TMCA and TCJP.
