World Premiere in Geneva

The FT-86 Open concept, as you’ll have read, is making its World Premiere at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The long-awaited cabriolet concept of the GT86 is designed to gauge customer reaction for a possible production version in the future of our multiple award-winning sports coupés.

A unique concept

The concept car’s elegant, white exterior, navy blue fabric roof and pure bright white interior upholstery and trim create a luxurious yet sporting image. The interior carpets are finished in a golden yellow hue to reflect the ultimate symbol of sporting success. This unique overall colour scheme was developed in Milan. The FT-86 Open concepts shares the platform and powertrain of the GT86, featuring the world’s first horizontally opposed engine with D-4S direct injection technology. The model is 4,240 mm long, 1,775 mm wide and 1,270 mm high.
